Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and the rules that apply to our remote, informational travel planning services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased directly from Wander Path LLC that are delivered remotely and consist of informational materials (such as itinerary drafts, destination research, checklists, curated recommendations, and travel guidance).

This policy does not apply to any third-party bookings because we do not book travel on your behalf. Any reservations you make with airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other providers are governed by those providers’ cancellation/refund policies.

2. Refund Eligibility (General Rules)

Because our services are primarily digital and time-based, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and whether deliverables have been provided.

  • Before work begins: If you request cancellation before we begin work, we may issue a refund (or a partial refund) depending on administrative costs and processing.
  • After work begins: If research, planning, or drafting has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable due to time already invested.
  • After delivery: Once the primary deliverable is delivered (for example, a full itinerary or completed guide), refunds are generally not available. We can, however, address issues through reasonable revisions where included in your service scope.

3. Digital Deliverables & “Change of Mind”

Digital services and content are typically considered “consumed” once delivered. If your request is a simple change of mind after delivery (for example, you decide not to travel), refunds are generally not available.

If you believe the deliverable is materially incomplete relative to the agreed scope, contact us promptly and we will attempt to remedy it via clarification, revision, or a reasonable correction plan.

4. Rescheduling & Service Credits

If you need to change dates or pause planning due to unexpected circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or a service credit, subject to availability and the scope of work already completed.

Service credits (if offered) are typically applied to future planning within a reasonable period and are not transferable unless we explicitly agree in writing.

5. Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel service due to unforeseen circumstances on our side and cannot reasonably deliver within a fair timeframe, we may offer a refund or a credit for the undelivered portion of the service.

6. How to Request a Refund or Resolution

To request a refund consideration or service resolution, provide the following:

  • Your order details (date of purchase, service name, and any receipt/order reference).
  • A clear explanation of the issue and what outcome you are requesting (refund, credit, revision).
  • Any relevant context that affects delivery (changed travel dates, destination change, constraint updates).

We will review your request and respond with next steps. If a refund is approved, processing times can vary depending on the payment method and provider.
